Please refer to the following instructions on how to handle your travel expenses:
Expenses for attendees are handled differently and may be covered by your employing organization, local conference, union, or division. Please click your attendee type below to read how you will be reimbursed for your expenses.
If you are a layperson elected by your union, the union or local conference will reimburse or pay these expenses for you.
If you are a local church pastor or an educator (teacher), your accommodation and transportation expenses will be reimbursed or paid by your local conference or union depending on the arrangements in your respective union.
If you are an administrator (conference, union, division, educational institution, or medical institution), your expenses for accommodation and transportation will be reimbursed by your employing organization.
If you are one of the five General Conference Executive Committee Member (i.e., a layperson, pastor, teacher, or GC educational institution) selected by the North American Division, the division will reimburse or pay your accommodation and transportation expenses. Please submit your Expense Report to Melissa Gottlieb at melissagottlieb@nadadventist.org.
If you are an invitee (according to policy C 11 05) serving as a representative of your organization, your expenses for accommodation and transportation will be reimbursed by your employing organization.
